PLAYER REGISTRATION 2026

Welcome New and Returning Members!

Registrations are now open for the 2026 Winter Season.

Please click the registration button to sign up. We have moved to a new registration platform this year, so all members will need to complete the full form. Please ensure all details are entered correctly — especially birth dates.

For families registering multiple players, a group registration option is available to make the process easier.

Important:
Login details from previous years will no longer work on the new system.

All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Unfortunately, there is no pay-later option this season due to a significant number of unpaid fees from last year. As a volunteer-run club, following up outstanding payments takes considerable time and resources. If you would like to arrange a payment plan, please contact us directly at hq@bayolympic.co.nz

Fees for senior players will be invoiced to the team manager as a team fee.

​How to Pay

After completion of the registration form, you can pay for your playing fees either by;

 

Bank Transfer - POLi fee 1% + GST per transaction

Credit Card - VostroPay fee 2.55% per transaction
