TEAM PHOTOS

Team photos will be held at the Olympic Clubrooms 20th July.

​

We will have two teams arrive at the same time as per the schedule below. Please contact us if your team will not be attending team photos. Please arrival promptly to ensure we keep to our schedule.

PLEASE ALSO RETURN CLUB TROPHIES ON THIS DAY IF YOU RECEIVED ONE AT LAST YEAR'S PRIZEGIVING.

Online Ordering Instructions

  • All orders for photos are to be placed online only.

  • Photos will be available to order generally within 24 hours following photography.

  • It would be helpful to us if the coach or manager could place one order for their team on behalf of the team members and enter player and team names.

  • $20.00 per print – 10 x 8” Laminated Photo

  • Close off date for orders is Friday 15th August

  • Orders can be placed after the 15th August but will have delivery charges added and will be at our normal reorder price.

  1. Click on “order prints” in the menu bar.

  2. Click on icon Bay Olympic

  3. Files will be loaded in the order they were taken.

  4. Locate the image you wish to purchase, from the products list, select the size and add the quantity. Add to cart and check out.

  5. Payment can be made by either bank transfer or Credit Card.

  6. Orders are not processed until your payment is made.

  7. Orders placed prior to 15th August are returned to the club.

What to Wear

  1. Full Green Bay Olympic Kit and socks

  2. Bring your CLEAN football boots to put on before your photo. Don't wear boots into the clubrooms

  3. No t-shirts to be worn under your football jersey

  4. No shinpads required
