FOOTBALL FOR GIRLS & WOMEN

Bay Olympic AFC provides clear pathways for girls and women in football. The club offers both girls-only teams and mixed teams across community football and talent development programmes, allowing players of different ages and abilities to get involved. From junior levels through to youth and senior football, players can choose between social community teams focused on participation and development pathways designed for those aiming to progress to higher levels of the game. 

Equity Gender Charter

Bay Olympic is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for girls and women in football within five pillars that play a significant role in the experiences of girls and women in football clubs. In 2023 we signed the NRF Gender Equity Charter. 

Volunteers

We are always looking for more girls / women to get involved with the club to help our female football grow. Whether you wish to support a team, by Coaching, Managing, Fundraising or learning to Referee everything is appreciated, even kit washing! We are always looking for more women to join our committee. The Club Committee meets once a month.
