Our Clubrooms are available for hire for special functions from September through to March, as well as on weekends during the football season when we do not have a home game. Located at Bay Olympic Football Club, the venue is licensed for up to 150 guests and offers full wheelchair access throughout. Please note that BYO is not permitted.
Catering can be arranged through our on-site caterers, Little Social, or you are welcome to organise your own catering if preferred.
The main lounge opens onto a large east-facing outdoor deck, ideal for outdoor dining and social gatherings. Inside the facility we offer a baby-change room, a dedicated children’s area, a big screen television, and elevator access to the main lounge.
For entertainment, the clubrooms also feature a pool table, table tennis, darts, air hockey, and a football table, making the space suitable for both relaxed social events and more lively gatherings.
Our Clubrooms are well suited for a wide range of events, including private functions (formal or informal), trade shows, displays, meetings, and presentations. Smoking is only permitted in the designated Smokers’ Lounge, with the remainder of the facility operating under a smoke-free policy.
