Bay Olympic welcomes Aimee Phillips
We’re proud to announce Aimee Phillips as the new Head Coach of our Bay Olympic Women’s 1st Team. Aimee brings exceptional football experience, having represented New Zealand as a Football Fern and enjoyed a professional playing career across Europe and Australia, with clubs in Serbia, Germany and Wales, alongside stints with Sydney Olympic and the Sydney FC train-on squad. A prolific goalscorer, she has won domestic titles, Golden Boots, and scored internationally for the Ferns.
Beyond her playing career, Aimee is a highly respected coach and educator, currently Director of Sport at Saint Kentigern Girls’ School, with postgraduate and masters qualifications in education and leadership. She has coached across elite youth and women’s pathways in New Zealand and Australia, most recently playing and coaching within the Auckland and National League environments.
Aimee is excited to join Bay Olympic and is looking forward to connecting with our players, members, and wider community as she leads the club into its next chapter.

Register your interest today to be considered for the Bay Olympic Women’s 1st Team. We play in the NRF League One. Our First team pay NO FEES have a club kit, tracksuit and play at Olympic Park which has had a massive upgrade from the FIFA World Cup with lights installed and renovated changing rooms.
