Now that we are operating in RED of the traffic light framework we are adopting the components of the COVID-19 Protection Framework and the use of vaccine certificates.

At RED level, all hospitality venues including Bay Olympic Clubrooms will require the use of vaccination certificates, or face having to operate as ‘contactless only’.

Now that My Vaccine Passes are available we are able to meet our Health & Safety obligations, reduce the risk of exposure and transmission of COVID-19 at all levels of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. On this basis we require all employees, contractors, volunteers and members (including coaches, officials, parents/caregivers and other visitors) over the age of 12 years and three months to supply a copy of their official My Vaccine Pass prior to entering our club facilities.

This applies from the 3rd of December 2021 until further notice. You will also be required to scan in using the COVID-19 Contact Tracer App via our QR Codes posted around the Club.
