We hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bay Olympic Soccer & Sports Association Incorporated Tues 5 December 2023 at 7.30pm, Bay Olympic Clubrooms.
We are looking for some new people to join our Executive Committee which is the governing body for our Club. Our Club works best when we have a wide range of skills on the Committee, and people with energy and passion to get things done.
In particular, we need a new Treasurer - with Lesley stepping down after 4 years of doing a fabulous job, we run our accounts on Xero with integration from Friendly Manager, meaning we are well set up for a new Treasurer to step in - Lesley will ensure a smooth handover.

Nominations for all Officers (including Executive Committee members) are welcomed. Any member wishing to submit a nomination or give notice of any motion (including remits) for consideration at the AGM shall submit by written notice to the attention of the Secretary by email to secretary@bayolympic.co.nz or hq@bayolympic.co.nz - These must be received by 27 November 2023.
