* Please note, players who attended trials and have been named in a squad via email do not need to attend Muster.

What happens at Muster?

  1. Junior & Youth - meet your team (team lists placed on club windows)

  2. Team selects a coach and manager (parent volunteers). All parents need to check their contact details are correct on the team sheets

  3. Select a training day and book a field for training

  4. Player uniforms are ordered online through our Bay Olympic website. Please check Nike sizing guides on interfootball (our supplier).

Coaches & Managers
With approximately 750 junior & youth players it is not possible for the club to provide coaches or managers for every team. We depend on our parents, older siblings, uncles / aunties to step up and lend a hand. Our director of football - Mark Tully is happy to support new coaches, we run a free introduction to coaching course and there are many resources online that can help with team trainings.

Tips on the day
The clubrooms can get very crowded and noisy with a lot of excited children. In the past we have had a couple of incidents with children running around and colliding. So please supervise your team. Our club co-ordinators are kept very busy answering many questions, so please be patient. The bar will be open, so enjoy a cold drink while you wait.
